Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”), for your use of AnyToMIDI. By using AnyToMIDI you accept them.

1. The service

AnyToMIDI converts audio to MIDI. One-instrument conversion runs on your device; piano and whole-song conversion run on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). Transcription is automatic and imperfect: results depend on the recording, and dense or many-instrument audio will need correcting by hand.

2. Accounts

You can use the tools without an account; some downloads require a free account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) to create an account.

3. Free and Pro plans

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Pro is a subscription billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14days of your first payment and we'll refund it. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Your audio, your results and acceptable use

We claim no rights in your audio or in the MIDI we produce from it, and we keep no copy of either. Only convert recordings you have the right to use; a MIDI transcription of someone else's song can still be subject to their copyright. Don't use AnyToMIDIto break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service's server systems or circumvent its limits.

6. Open-source components

AnyToMIDI includes open-source software under its own licenses, listed on the Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

7. Disclaimers

AnyToMIDIis provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that a transcription is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wikivec Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to AnyToMIDIis limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using AnyToMIDIand delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels any subscription straight away, so it won't renew; the rest of a paid period isn't refunded unless section 4 applies. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 survive.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify account holders by email.
