Questions
What counts as a download?
Saving a MIDI file. Dropping files, converting them and playing the result never count, on any plan.
What needs Pro?
Whole files in piano and whole-song mode (free gives a 30-second preview), files longer than 10 minutes, MP3 export, and more than 3 downloads a month.
Is there a limit on Pro?
A fair-use limit of 40 whole songs and 40 piano pieces a month, because those run on our servers. One-instrument conversion and downloads are unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing in your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you can usually pay in your own currency instead, at the day's exchange rate.
